We just canceled our trip to Ethiopia over Christmas. There have been some mine attacks in the Danakil (where we wanted to go) and Ethiopia does have a lot of problems due to missing rain falls. So we decided not to go this year….

I am so pleased that you have taken the time to visit the myriad of cultures, foods and wines, languages, religions, buildings, arts and history that sit on our doorsteps in greater Europe, I have had so so many great adventures in the alps and farther afield that I would never have enough time left to visit them all again, only dream! Let me know when you are back in Lincs and we can meet for a LONG chat and glass of vino i hope. The tyres have been great since our first puncture. We've reduced the pressure considerably, even though this means that the fuel consumption is slightly higher, but she's definitely driving better now. Bit late for the hand drill and pop rivet gun but hopefully we wont need it (all good in that department so far).
